Armolipid

Meda Health Sales Ireland wish to announce the launch of Armolipid , a new over-the-counter food supplement. 


Armolipid should be taken once a day and does not require a prescription. It is available in pharmacies across Ireland and is recommended to be taken in combination with a healthy lifestyle and diet.

Cholesterol and triglycerides, if present in excess, are unhealthy for the organism and, in particular, for the health of cardiovascular system. Therefore, in these conditions it is important to adopt a healthy lifestyle (for example physical exercise, avoiding alcohol, nicotine and stress) and a balanced diet.1 

Healthy individuals with moderately elevated cholesterol levels may not need a pharmacological treatment according to the current guidelines; rather, they should follow a program of diet and physical exercise, under Doctors' advice.3 In this context, the additional use of Armolipid may favour a better control of cholesterol levels.2
